Jonathan Aaron Wood was born on February 13th, 1984 and died on July 25th, 2024 in a human story of suffering and tragedy. He was a man of peace and love, spreading his message of nonviolence and unity everywhere he went. He was a musician, a brother, and a great friend to many. He was the fifth of seven children, hence the name "The Five Of Seven" and on this website, we hope to make his music and message live on and impact others. Jonny's music is available to listen and download for free for non-commercial use.

"Jonny Wood was a good man, and the best brother a man could ask for. When I was struggling in life and nobody was there for me, Jonny was there. He was a peaceful man who loved nature and people. He spent most of his free time when he wasn't working in his guitar store with his dog Opey in the woods playing music on his guitar watching the water of the river go by or jumping in a lake. He was full of love. He wouldn't even hurt bugs. I remember when I was with him in his motorhome, he used to capture spiders that got into his home and bring them outside and let them out into the woods."

"Jonny was healing to be around and a great brother and a great friend. You could always depend on Jonny to do what he said he was going to do. He loved people and nature and loved to play with the kids and just be around the family. He loved to hike in the mountains and going skiing with me and my family. I love my brother and will always keep his memory close to my heart."

"Jonny was awesome. He was rad to be around and huge amounts of fun. My kids loved him. He would stay up all night with us when we were little kids and we would tell stories to each other. He definitely didn't deserve to die like that, he was a good man and everyone loved being around him. We miss just sitting there and listening to him play guitar when everyone is hanging out together by a lake or the ocean and hearing his wild ideas. Jonny was the most awesome brother a man could ask for and his music is awesome as well. Jonny Wood we miss you."
